Chocolates and laziness etc.

Hai whaddupppp imaginary readers! I'm finally back after a close to month-long hiatus. There's a packet of Hershey's Cookies N' Creme chocolate nuggets right in front of me right now-my reward for 'helping out for red camp', which is so damn awesome. I love Hershey's and would expound about my love for them, if not for the fact that I have work to do and I'm leaving for a Skyes and Marsh ice cream buffet that my sup so kindly offered us in approximately 133 minutes. So yes. (Apparently, however, I do have the time to blog. Procrastination is amazing.)

Anyway lazy to type so pics!!

IKEA 
Ikea food is freaking good. I don't know why, I just enjoy it. Even the queuing and debate over what to get as you frantically study the menuboards and refrigerators while pushing forward those innovative, super silly looking trollies trolleys (? I just googled this. Lol)

Apple pie of my eye 

Okay no, lazymird is the apple pie of my eye! Just in case he's reading this HAHAHA.

Anyway, this isn't the most perfect apple pie. It's not the traditional, buttery pie with steam slipping through slits at the top of the pie, Snow White style. Its base is biscuity, sorta like digestives. But that's exactly why I love it, mmm. It definitely can't beat my mum's apple pie, though. Whyyy is it so hard to find a good apple pie with well-stewed apples that aren't too sweet?! I love cinammon and soft apples. omfg don't I sound like a fattyfatty pig but pa duppa pa paaaa~ I'm lovin' it  hehe 

Chicken wings were okay-ish-it's been too long, I can't remember!

 I got the kids size, because 

1) I don't really love meat but these are thebomb. Theamazeballzbomb. Like, literally. They truly are

2) I wanted to save room in my stomach for my apple pie and chicken wing and fries and other shit because I am a food thief. Nab me! Hahahaha okay that's not funny.

3) Despite what so many of dem peeps are saying, I find the *new and improved* meatballs rings true. They taste so damn good now. 

Aaaaand butter cupcakes I made on a Very Bored Day! Hahaha pictures are so deceptive. They look fine, but tasted.. well. I don't think there's a fitting word to describe something that tastes like these cupcakes. It's not that they tasted bad or anything, they just tasted boring.

In my defence, I did use a mix! I think it was Greenfields or something, and it was meant to be a "butter pound cake" (or so it says on the box), but it turned out completely unlike how a butter cake should taste. It wasn't dense, it wasn't buttery, and there wasn't a whiff of anything while it was baking in the oven. Not even that awesome buttery smell that makes everyone run to the kitchen and go, "Hoooo my gosh wtf are you baking that smells so good!!!" None of that. :(

Instead, it came out light and fluffy and more like a spongecake with hints of butter than anything else. My sis tried one and proclaimed it be be "yummy, but she thought it was a spongecake!!  So disappointing. Greenfields why you like that eh. And I know it was meant to be a butter pound cake, but I was feeling hungry/greedy and wanted them to bake in a shorter time, which is why I made them into cupcakes! Gluttony also happens to be one of the 7 Deadly Sins, as Lainz kindly reminded me yesterday. This is one sin I unfortunately commit on a daily basis.

Okay I'm leaving in 63 minutes, lots of work to ketchup on gotta catch 'em all pokémon pokemon!
