i'm hell bored right now!


like,i was super irritated that there was school today.i mean,i was so sure another freaking underground pipe would burst and then the whole school would be flooded and school would be cancelled!

if you haven't already noticed,like a million singaporeans struggle with saying basic words!
like,
*faithful,pronounced by many super smart(ahem) people of singapore as 'fateful'
*haunted--pronounced as hunted
*girls--grrrs.

those are only three examples.

go attend a pronunciation workshop or something!
okay,maybe it's their upbringing but heck it,listen to some grammar pronunciation tape or whatever,okay?

it is d.a.m.n. embarrassing,especially if a tourist approaches a local.imagine the convo:

cauc. tourist*approaches a local singaporean*
tourist: hello,can you tell me something about the Fullerton hotel?
s'porean: huh??that place hunted one,cannot go!
tourist: ...hunted?
s'porean: yes,yes,hunted one lor.
tourist: ...LAW?
s'porean: *feeling pissed that the tourist cannot understand his supposedly perfect english* ya-lah,ya-lah.

the singaporean then walks off,leaving the poor tourist wondering what the heck is a "ya-lah".

i haven't blogged in a reaally long time coz the modem totally crashed.
too lazy to blog,like really blog,so umm,yeah.
today we were dismissed at 8.30!
eight freaking thirty.too awesome=D
mrs tan came to the mic this morning and i thought she was gonna crap her crap about singing the anthem louder again,so i went to my Dream World.then suddenly i heard her say "..so we'll be dismissing you by 8.30---" and then that was all i heard cos the whole school was cheering,like literally!i have never seen the school so excited before.umm,,i have never seen ME being so excited before too-_-
this song is so damn nice,watch the vid!the chorus is too funny,ahaha

this other video is c.r.e.e.p.y,i freaked out when i watched it.natasha khan(bat for lashes)her video is SO DAM CREEPY.
